At XERONLAVIA, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our esteemed customers. This Returns Policy is designed to facilitate a smooth and efficient process for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our platform.

Eligibility for Returns

Return Timeline

Requests for returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After approval, items should be shipped back to XERONLAVIA within 14 days. Returns outside this timeline may not be accepted.

Process for Returning Items

  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Securely package the item, including the RAN and original receipt.
  4. Ship the package to:

Refunds and Exchanges

Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back onto the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability and can be requested during the return process.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, final sale items, personal care products, and custom orders.
